CASPER, Wyo. — A campaign has been launched for 16-year-old Casper resident Tyler Ray Campos, who is in critical condition after a shooting on Sunday. Authorities say the incident appears to be related to the mishandling of a firearm by a friend.
Tyler’s aunt Corrine told ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø on Tuesday that Tyler’s father is currently with him at Children’s Hospital Colorado in Aurora, where he was flown by helicopter after the shooting.
The campaign has a stated goal of $12,000 to help Tyler’s family with medical bills, and is linked to Tyler’s grandmother and legal guardian, Corrine said.
Corrine said Tyler enjoys spending time with friends and his girlfriend, and enjoys working on vehicles and riding bikes.
