CASPER, Wyo. — The blustery conditions of late aren’t likely to abate as the coming week gets underway, as the National Weather Service in Riverton predicts strong winds to continue for several days.

On Monday, the NWS in Riverton reports wind gusts of roughly 25 mph throughout the day. The day will begin with a 20% chance of morning snowfall before 11 a.m. The day should be partly sunny, with a high temperature near 41 degrees.

At night, temperatures should drop to a low around freezing. Fairly strong southeast winds at 11–14 mph will shift to the south-southwest after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 21 mph.

On Tuesday, sunny skies will likely give way to mostly cloudy conditions, according to the NWS in Riverton. Conditions should be warmer than they’ve been in quite some time, with a high temperature of 55. Winds will still be strong, though, with gusts of up to 30 mph in the forecast.

Past sundown on Tuesday, the NWS in Riverton predicts a low temperature of around 25 degrees.
